CHES 2025 Exhibitor Terms of Agreement
By registering as an exhibitor at the Chicago Home Educators' Summit (CHES 2025), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Mission Alignment All exhibitors must align with the mission and theme of CHES 2025. Exhibitors are expected to promote resources, services, or information that support homeschooling, Christian education, and the event’s focus on providing alternatives to public education. Exhibitors advocating for the reform of government schools or public-school initiatives will not be permitted.
Audience Demographics and Attendance
2. Booth Setup and Teardown
Exhibitors instructions regarding setup times, which must be strictly adhered to.
Setup:Â Friday, March 28, 3 PM - 7 PM or Saturday, March 29, 6 AM - 9AM. All booths must be fully set up and operational by 9 AM on the event day.
Exhibitor access starts at 6 AM.
Doors open to attendees at 7 AM.
Teardown: Saturday, March 29, 6 PM - 7 PM
3. Booth Guidelines
Each exhibitor will be provided with one 6-ft table and two chairs unless otherwise specified.
Booth displays must remain within the allocated space and cannot obstruct walkways or other exhibitor spaces.
Power access and additional resources must be pre-arranged and may incur extra fees.
4. Exhibitor Promotion Obligation: Exhibitors agree to promote CHES 2025 on their own platforms where possible, including but not limited to social media using #CHES2025, email newsletters, and websites. This collaborative promotion will help increase event visibility and outreach.
5. Payment, Deposit, and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your exhibitor space.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by March 14 to confirm your space.
Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
All payments for exhibitor spaces are non-refundable.
6. Liability and Responsibility
CHES 2025 is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are responsible for the security and safety of their booth and belongings.
Exhibitors must comply with venue rules and regulations, including safety guidelines.

Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values and the family-friendly nature of the event.
Any inappropriate behavior or violation of terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Force Majeure CHES 2025 is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions.
10. Agreement By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
