This year’s banquet theme, “Equipped for Battle: The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates and the Parental Mandate,” draws from Pastor Matt Trewhella’s bold and biblically grounded work, The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates: A Proper Resistance to Tyranny and a Repudiation of Unlimited Obedience to Civil Government.

In a time when government systems increasingly defy God’s order, this message calls parents and leaders to rise in courage and conviction—standing firm for truth, freedom, and the preservation of the family.
