Rooted & Rising: Next-Gen Leaders Workshop

In a world full of noise, pressure, and competing ideas about who they should be, who they are, and who they’re becoming, Rooted & Rising is an interactive youth workshop designed to empower teens to explore their purpose and leadership through the lens of Scripture, especially how God uses plants, trees, seeds, soil, and light as parables to teach us how we are created to grow.

Throughout the Bible, growth is never accidental. Seeds must be planted. Roots must go deep. Soil must be cultivated. Light must be received. In this workshop, teens will learn how to stay rooted in a Biblical worldview while rising with confidence, courage, and clarity. Through hands-on activities, reflection, and conversation, we will discuss the importance of guarding our souls, recognizing harmful influences, and intentionally cultivating lives that bear lasting fruit for Christ.
