Dr. Gale B. Frazier has an extensive background in various facets of construction management, engineering, and education and is a certified clinical trauma professional, ordained minister, and author.

As a conference speaker, entrepreneur, and consultant with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Frazier has presented to both national and international audiences, providing consultation on various projects and topics.​​​​​​
Her Story
She is the former principal and teacher of several years for Evangelical Christian School, former faculty positions for Chicago Baptist Institute International, South Suburban College, Truman College, and various other elementary and secondary schools.

She is the President of Construction Management Consortium, LLC, President and founder of the Daughters of Sarah International Outreach Ministries; founding member and faculty of the Global Grassroots University—Caribbean; National Dean for the US Minority Contractors Association; President of the International Construction Consortium Group, Ltd. Zambia, West Africa; VP of Technical Operations for the Global Institute of Planning and Sustainable Development, she is a fellow of the African Scientific Institute—CASA, and Diplomat for the State of the African Diaspora.

Dr. Gale B. Frazier has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee State University, Master’s in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and Doctorate of Education from Roosevelt University.
