Workshop: Moving Beyond Labels - The Connection Between Health and Learning

Does your child want to constantly move? Does your child ask so many questions that they can't "focus"? Do you struggle with how to help your child learn?

We will unravel the "labels" that so many kids are given these days. Many of the labels describe "normal" behavior, it just may not be what is preferred in our traditional education system, also known as legalized prison for kids. It also may be a health issue that can be addressed to help your child thrive!
The term "Neurodiverse" has become a catch all term for kids who don't learn best in a traditional education system, It is a terrible misnomer as it implies there is something "wrong" with their brain that cannot be fixed. Nothing could be further from the truth. Join Leslee as she helps you make the connection between health and learning and walk away empowered. Students are encouraged to attend with their parents, or without!
